Can I bring in my own food and beverage?

Delta Hotels by Marriott Muskegon Downtown requires all food and beverage items to be catered by the hotel. The one exception is cake or cupcakes as long as it comes from a licensed bakery.

How many people can the meeting and event space hold?

The meeting and event space can hold up to 400 guests.

What is included in the room rental?

The room rental includes: setup, tear down, chairs, tables, linen (black or white), tableware, and stemware.

Can I bring in my own audio visual equipment?

Yes, Delta Hotels by Marriott Muskegon Downtown will allow you to bring in your own audio visual equipment. We cannot however guarantee it will be compatible with our equipment.

Is the Wi-Fi complimentary?

Yes, the Wi-Fi is complimentary in the meeting and event spaces.

Is parking complimentary?

Yes, all parking at Delta Hotels by Marriott Muskegon Downtown is complimentary.

Is the conference center handicap accessible?

Yes, the meeting and event space is on the 1st floor and handicap accessible.

Do you require certain vendors for special events?

No, we do not require certain vendors for special events. We can supply you with a list of DJ’s, bakeries and florists we have worked with.

Do you get access to the swimming pool within the hotel when booking meetings and/or events?

No, you must be a registered hotel guest to have access to the pool and fitness area.

Can I bring in my own decorations?

Yes, you can bring in your own decorations as long as nothing is taped, tacked or stuck to the walls. We also do not allow open flame, confetti or sand.
